The Company, in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 "Personal Data Protection Code", has set up a "Personal Data Protection System" using a "Privacy Organisation Model" consistent with the "IT Document on Security" approved by the Board of Directors on 11th March 2005.
