Organisational and Management Model in Accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001

Staff training

MRI organises training programs to guarantee that all Group company staff (employees, corporate body members) effectively know the Decree, the Ethical Code and the Model.

Training programs vary, in content and completeness, related to the qualification of those involved and roles covered (simple employees, employees involved in the sensitive activities indicated in the Model, involved in internal auditing etc.).

The supervisory Committee, in agreement with the Managing Director and the company Function involved, defines the content of any communications to be made to the corporate Bodies, staff and external parties, to guarantee effective knowledge of Decree content and Model and Ethical Code regulations.

The supervisory Committee, in agreement with the company Function involved, makes sure that the training program is adequate and effectively implemented. Participation in training programs is obligatory for Group company staff involved in sensitive activities.

Training course frequency and duration is set by the supervisory Committee, having consulted the Managing Director. The Committee checks program content and effective staff participation, and makes sure that courses are then repeated over time. Specific sessions must be organised for new employees and those who, for proven reasons, cannot take part in the courses, after prior agreement with relative Area/service Manager.

Training courses can also be held at a distance or using IT systems.
