Organisational and Management Model in Accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001
Definitions
Decree: Legislative decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 and subsequent amendments and integrations.
Ethical Code: The MRI Group ethical code, approved by Board of Director resolution of 13 November 2007.
Group:The group of companies consisting of Manuli Rubber Industries SpA and its foreign subsidiaries.
Model: Manuli Rubber Industries S.p.A. organisation, management and audit model, adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Model Recipients: those singled out in paragraph 2.3 of the Model obliged to observe what it prescribes.
Company: Manuli Rubber Industries S.p.A.
Supervisory Committee: control body foreseen by art. 6, item 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and disciplined in paragraph 3 of this Model.
